CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Sophomore Erin Chratian and redshirt junior Tiara Higuchi closed out the weekend with singles victories for Rhode Island at the Harvard Scramble Sunday morning.
Rhody played against Buffalo, but there were no team results for the weekend. Chratian handily defeated Pia Schwarz, 6-3, 6-2, notching her team-leading fourth singles win of the year.
Higuchi completed the comeback against Amber Amat. After losing the first set, 6-2, Higuchi dominated the second set 6-1 and took the third set super set, 10-6.
